The first one is just a cool usage of color. The others are variations of a Rubik's Cube. Some scanners can read them, some can't. It's interesting how the color makes no difference but the skew does. Although I love the creativity and beauty of designer codes, I would not risk a marketing campaign with one just yet. I would suggest waiting until scanner apps mature a bit.
